We had a “full house” with a group of excited prospective homebuyers focused on learning about the home buying process that I introduced and the financial assistance programs that Mario Lopez (Guild Mortgage) brought to the table.
After dozens of questions and answers, we closed the class satisfied that we had been able to inform and motivate families to prepare to achieve the dream of owning a beautiful home.

4 financial aid programs for families. Requirements to get a pre-approval letter. We talk about the importance of credit history. We present real examples of what it costs to buy a house with the help of the programs and without financial aid. We navigate the purchase process. Current market situation and benefits for buyers.I am committed to the Latino community in Oregon, in providing the education and the necessary information to change the perspective on the possibilities of owning a home and never paying rent again.
